Can I try a lesson before paying?
Yes. Instructors can mark individual lessons as free previews, which are clearly labeled on the course page.
How long can I access a purchased course?
Each course is a one-time purchase with 2 years of access from successful payment and no automatic renewal. If every video exceeds 20 full-equivalent replays, website playback is locked. Contact support for an alternative viewing channel during your remaining access period.
How is payment protected?
Stripe processes payment details through the embedded Payment Element. BearCourse never stores a full card number.
When does access start after payment?
Access is granted only after a signed Stripe webhook confirms payment. A pending screen offers a safe status retry if confirmation takes longer.
Can I continue on another device?
Yes. Progress belongs to your account and synchronizes across devices when online.
